Hypertherm fine cut consumables.

Hello all just wondering if any one has tried these consumables?
I am using a Powermax 600 and I am trying to get a thinner curf,normal amps is 40 and materal thickness is 16 to 11ga. Any input would be apreciated,Thanks for your time.

i have used the fine cut on 1/4 material with great results

I use my fine tips for 1/4 in to 24 ga copper as a rule you don't go past 40 amps or you will burn tips. The fine tips work great for just about all cutting.

I cut 18 ga CRS almost exclusively and use the fine cuts with a powermax 1000 (no torch height control) with good results set at about 30 amps. I'm curious, what's a 20 amp drag tip?
