Need some guidance - Torchmate X

Hello all,

My new Torchmate X came in. We have everything set and are ready to run a line test. I can run the line test through without the torch on with no problems. When we turn the plasma on and try to run the test we get a fault (pierce signal not received). I am new to cnc and Torchmate is closed for the long weekend. I went back and checked everything I could think of. If anyone could help I would certainly appreciate it. I was really looking forward to running this weekend. Plasma is a HT 85 connected with 240 single phase. I'm certain the main power to the machine is correct, just doesn't seem to be communicating with TM correctly.

Well I figured it out. I hate doing stupid things. Turns out that the consumables weren't tightened correctly. You live you learn I suppose.

what has your experince with this table been? I am looking to purchase a 5x10 this year.
