Cable Carrier Project for 2x4 table

I wanted to build a cable carrier for my Torchmate 2x4 table, so I thought I'd share what I did and what I used. Turned out to be pretty easy and cheap.

Parts:
(2x) cable carriers from Amazon for $28/ea (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HR6EI2Q)... 25mmx38mmx109cm
(6x) cable carrier support arm $0/ea (https://tinkercad.com/things/jLoAb19CZTk)

The plasma line for my Miller Spectrum 875 is 5/8" diameter and there will also be the auto-height cable in the carrier too.

The cable carrier handled the lines with no issue. The carrier along the gantry is mounted by 2 self-tapped screws into the gantry, and the carrier along the rails runs along the 6 support arms. You can see the carrier is permanently attached to 3 of the arms, and the other 3 are in place to provide support as the gantry rides farther down the extent of the rails.

No issues and went very smoothly.

another version of the cable carrier for a 2x2. thanks for the amazon lead for the cable chain

since the carrier is larger then the table I split it in half so cut two and put them side by side, also added the bracket the attach the cable to the Torch hight lifter and the bracket I came up with to mount my Accumove 2 control box under my table.
