Has anyone purchased one of these and tried it?

looks legit to me ,seller does have a 100% feedback rating.. would like to see how this one comes out.

I saw the 100% feedback but what looks strange is no feedback as a seller since Feb 2009, has sold 14 of these and no feedback on any of them....I just sent the seller a message asking about it...
