HOWDY------WHAT IS THE SMALLEST NOZZEL HYPERTHERM HAS ---EXAMPLE ----.043--OR.028-----AND WHICH MACHINE USES THE SMALLEST NOZZEL-----I CUT 16GA---18----20 THANKS RON

The Hypertherm nozzles are rated by amperage, not orifice size.....excepth for the smallest nozzles which are called FineCut....which normally operate at 30 amps or below, and are designed for thin materials and narrow kerf width.

thank you jim for that info i have a hypertherm 1000 in canada , which i will bring down to puerto vallarta in sept now some where on one of the threads i have read some one has made it so you can have both hand held and machine torch on the same unit , was i dreaming or is this possible and i do not recall what plasma cutter they have , i have a pcam dhc2 looking forward to the 1000 and the fine cut consumables thanks ron ron822berg@hotmail.com
