Any news on newer 65/85?

Post by rbmgf7 »

Still choochin' on my PM45 but would like to upgrade eventually. The 65/85 have been around for quite some time but was wondering if anyone has heard anything through the grapevine on a new 65/85 release? Figure they're due after the 45XP.

As far a I know, the 45xp/65/85 series is the current offering from Hypertherm. I have been using the 45xp and 85 for about 4 years now with no problems, and am very happy with them.

David, would you share your settings for your 85? I picked up a used one and didn’t get a owner’s manual with it. I just got the slats put in my water pan. Thanks Ernie

The link to the Hypertherm manual was just posted above. It contains the mechanized cut charts, kerf width chart, and other useful information.
