Help Needed cutting .08 Aluminum Sheet consistently
Hello community. Newbie here needing some help. I have a Powermax 65 and I'm trying to find the right settings to cut .080 aluminum sheets consistently and with the least amount of dross. I've attached my settings and some images of what I'm trying to cut. Been testing different settings and thought i got it dialed in but not sure why sometimes it cuts well, and other times like crap. I was wondering if someone who cuts aluminum often will be able to look at my settings and give any advice. I'm using the standard 45a consumables. I tried to Fine cuts, but had a very poor experience, so went back to the 45a consumables. Amperage is set to 37. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thin aluminum is pretty easy to cut almost dross free once dialed in.
