I was getting ready to order consumables for my PM105 and noticed that there are now three different swirl rings listed for the machine. My manual only shows one PN for all nozzles: 220994.
220994 for 85 to 105 amp
220857 for 45 to 65 amp
220947 for finecut
What has changed?

Hypertherm engineering made some adustments for better swirl match for the different power levels. Use what your manual suggests.....or switch to the new part numbers. Likely you will not notice much difference! Jim Colt
