100 amp sub

I am getting ready to purchase a 4x8 Super Bee with a 65 amp hypertherm. I have a 100-amp subpanel in my detached garage. I didn't realize how much bigger a compressor I needed. Am I going to be able run the table and turn on the lights at the same time. Or am I going to have a Green Acres situation (for those of you are old enough to remember)?
