Cajun Fryer DIY Plasma DXF Design

Has only attempt to make a clone of the Cajun Fryer? I was looking to get some ideas or measurements.

Heres one i built several years ago I haven't used it in a while so it's dirty but it works good baskets gauge and gas regulator came off amazon mabey this will give you a start

kicking around just making a round stainless basket from expanded metal for the old turkey fryer , especially since would only use it in our back yard kitchen to make battered vegetables and maybe fries (oriental style). I might also make a new lid for the turkey fryer so that I could close it up with a slot for the handle to hang out. That way I would only need to store a small lid opposed to a whole fryer unit. Aluminum or stainless would be my material of choice for this modification
