Do you mean a loser like him that decided to help his fellow Americans and community who were under threat of being looted and burnt?
Who was seen earlier cleaning up graffiti from walls and offering medical help to others?
Who put out a dumpster fire that rioters started, which then escalated into being attacked by several people at once, three of whom were convicted criminals, and one of whom also had a gun and pointed it at him before Kyle was forced to protect himself with his own gun?

There are many play by play videos out there showing how the entire night unfolded and I haven't seen one where it shows that he was not acting legally in self defense.

Yes, he was under 18 and should be charged with possession of a firearm by a minor, but that's it.
