Cut the original file and I had oversized the long piece with holes. Its fixed and I threw in some others for the folks that downloaded my oops.
.5" so I can drill to 5/8"for more precision. I have way better luck drilling a more undersized hole then drawing a 5/8" hole and trying to drill it at 5/8" I always drill from the bottom to seems to help get you out of the work hardened area?? I use good Quality bits but not carbide.

Re: 12x18 weld jig
Better order a carbide bit, after the plasma work hardens the A36...wont be fun drilling out from 1/2 if not carbide.
