The file opened fine for me. You might try this one to see if you have any better luck.

Note - I edited this and updated the file.

I am using Fusion 360 and when I trace it out there is a line over the top of the U closing it off on the lower left corner and then it won't generate a cut path. I tried the svg file also and that one did the same thing.
Thanks folks, I'm new to this and didn't have any problems with others.

One the two I included in my file above, I just discovered that one of them had an open path causing problems with the lower lettering. I discovered this when I opened with Fusion 360. I have edited that file and posted it below. It is dxf and opens with Fusion 360 fine.

There was also a problem with one of the apostrophes, in addition to the open path. Here is how I edited to fix these problems.

I tried the new file that you supplied and that one worked! I'll try cutting it next time I have my table out.
