Need some help

A customer asked for a large tattered flag with my custom airbrush work I do which was good money but then he asked if I could make him something he say at a show and gave me a pic. I tried tracing it in inkscape and I absolutely suck at it. Can someone help me out and turn this to a dxf for me?

easier to draw your own. two concentric circles, text , punisher is on this site I'm sure...and i would guess the ar-15's are also. ..there ya go
