It's their design. If they sold the file then nobody would buy their pieces.

It wouldn't be hard to find some " FREE " clip art and put together one of your own. I'm sure if you googled several of the items in that art piece you could find pieces that you liked as well or better and it would be your own design when you got done.

Check this new thread by harrymorley https://plasmaspider.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=27200 where there are a bunch of hand tools to choose from.

I picked 3 and whipped this up in less than 10 minutes in Corel. Not exactly what your looking for but a good start!
