oval cat insert

does anyone have the oval cat insert they would be willing to share or i dont have an issue purchasing it . trying to cut it out for a gift for a friend but iam having a hard time finding it.. looks like it might be the plasma cam files? she got the picture from one of there magazines.. any help would be great on this ! thanks!

Here is a site with Cat clip art you may be able to find a good one there and draw your own.

Jason gives out a few free files on his website, which is probably where the file I posted came from. I don't have any of the other cat oval files.
