So I purchased the
Sharpe 6760 air filter/dryer from here and am extremely impressed with it. Every aspect of my plasma cuts has improved, slag is reduced, cut edges are sharper and cleaner, my consumables last longer, I can even see the plasma arc is more stable when it is cutting. Pretty impressed with everything except the cheesy mounting bracket that's included to attach it to the wall. Because the desiccant side is larger and heavier it hangs on an angle on the wall and I can't stand looking at it crooked all day
I drew this up quick so you can just cut it, bend at the relief lines, paint it, and screw it to wall behind the desiccant canister to support it and keep it straight. Because it just rests against this bracket removing the canister is still quick and easy for desiccant changes. Hope some of you find this useful.
