This is a design I made a few years ago. It takes 4 pairs of wellies.
There are a lot of boot rack designs out there, but this one also has a scraper on the end plates.
Just cut the base plate and 2 end plates out of 6mm (1/4") steel and tack together with a welder.
They have tabs and slots so they fit together easy without any jigs.
Use 16mm round bar for the uprights, with a 25mm or so solid ball on the top.
