Ive not looked at your file James. However I too tried to draw it and cut it and my legs did not match the angle of the firebox. How did you get your angle? I'll download it when I get home and see if your angle matches what I have

I was looking at this and it didnt line up very well for me so i tweeked a few things and i think this should work but please still check as i havent cut this.
hope this helps as i certainly appreciate all the help that ive been given on here.

By the way scale to size as this is very small only 18.5" across the flats and about 26" corner to corner.

If anyone is able to scale this up to 30 and 36 in I would be glad to pay you for it. I'm not sure how to do it and I was hoping to cut this for my kids school fundraiser. Hopefully I can get it tonight if possible. Thanks for any help I can get.
