As drawn in the previously provided dxf, the sides are about 20" long. You should be able to convert the dxf files to cut files and cut at Hypertherm book specs.

Or here is the original pcm file from the first post converted to dxf. You should be able to scale it to meet your dimensional requirements.

Thanks, there were a few members here who converted the dxf to 19" sides, wondering if they would share? I can only bend 19" in my Swag brake.

What program are you using for your editing of dxf files? How do you convert them to cut paths?

You can use Convertio free online file converter to convert from dxf to svg.

I use Design Edge, but there are many other programs that work well for this. Many folks use a combination of Inkscape for editing and Sheetcam for creating the cut paths.

By chance do you have this full sheet file in dxf without the other parts?

I'm not sure what you are asking for. What do you mean by "full sheet file without the other parts"? Do you only want one of the parts, but scaled to fill an entire sheet of material, or???
