I set the protractor to be 125 degrees around the outside radius of bends, worked out perfectly!!! Thanks a lot!!! It is more welding but it could also be made from left over scraps from other projects, so that is a bonus!!

We bought cans at NAPA. Used 2 cans and they were $15 a can! Not cheap either.

I'm really confused by this. If it's 32" across the flats then it has to be over 50 something across right?

When I open the drawing directly to sheetcam it comes up with 18" across the tops of the sides...which would be 36" across (or pretty close)

Can someone confirm this?

Thanks for this. I scaled the size up 30%, added a few modified designs I found around the site for the side panels and we use it up by the lake. We have had up to 16 people sitting around the pit with everyone getting a front row seat. We have burned over 2 cord of firewood in it this summer (haven't had to shovel it out once), drank an endless amount of beer and shared a lot of stories between family and friends. Thanks again

What measurements do yall get when opening file up in Corel? The measurements I get are 18.131" x 15.1" for side panels and 25.45" x 22.04 for the Hexagon plate. Im using Corel x7 to open file and opening at 1:1

Thanks in advance!

Go to the file menu and click on "open" and find where you downloaded it to (folder location) click on it then on open. Inkscape will change screen size and after you click on the box icon in the upper right once or twice it will display the DFX file (full screen) for you to play with. The file shows the bottom and one side you will need to duplicate the side adding art work if you want to get the 6 to cut. This you can do in SheetCam or Inkscape

I found you open DFX files and import image files. :o

I am having a hard time opening a file a getting it to open in the size it was originally meant to be. So after I go to Edit properties of documents and enter my sheet size the DFX stays small.
