This is awesome! I cut this out last night and looks great. My plan is to powder coat the bike black and then clear coat the polished bare metal similiar to one shown in this string. I'm hoping to weld 3 threaded studs, 2 on the wheels and one for the tank, then put a nylon lock nut on the back to hold it on. Anyone have any luck with this type of attachment? Might recruit a buddy to Tig weld the studs, my Mig welding is alright if i'm not doing fine detail work.

I removed all of the holes in the wheel area. Studs are not neccesary. Just used some double-sided tape. 3m from the auto body store.

I was going to cut this out for a local street fair but I wanted to check to make sure it didnt break any trademark rules. So I emailed HD and they said it infringes on their trademark because they own the rights to "Harely" and the skull. Looks awesome but I just thought I would let you guys know.
