Keyboard jog problem

I have mach3 and sheetcam.I use my keyboard to move the torch around.The z axis works correctly but the x and y will not move the table. They do move the dro.I have reset the hotkeys in config.Any help would be appreciated.

you said you reset the hotkeys did you put the correct keys in the boxes that move the X and Y. See the attached image as to how to place the correct key for each axis, (right arrow, left arrow, down arrow, and up arrow) on the keyboard. The save settings.

Yes this is the way i set them in fact its even the same numbers as the diagram. I didn't see a separate save key.I can't figure out why the z works and the x and y don't

the DRO's in Mach don't care if the motor actually moves as there is no feedback. Have you change anything before this started, have you tried using the MDI putting in a simple G-code command to move them. If the only problem you have is the keyboard will not move them it could be the keyboard.
Or maybe you should reload Mach 3 maybe a glitch messed up something in Mach.

i will try the mdi .i switched keyboards.This is a new install of mach3.I bought a new one because over the years the old one i had wouldn't install correctly.Thanks for the help

Not sure if this is the case but I have seen new loads of Mach to have a check in the boxes shown in the image to cause odd problems.
I think just unchecking helps or maybe a new load. I use Mach 3 version 067 I think it was the last on published.
