Isn't it reference distance in SheetCam?

Setting reference distance to 0 in the post area of sheetcam (edit post button) worked for me.
Bulltear 6x12 w/ Proton Z axis & watertable
CommandCNC/Linux w/ Ohmic & HyT options
Hypertherm Powermax 85 w/ machine torch
Solidworks, Coreldraw X7, Inkscape, Sheetcam

In newer POSTS that parameter is set in the "Set Custom Post Options" button in SheetCAM (Options/Machine/Post Processor) any setting there overrides the setting in the POST options - You set both REF distance and Switch Offset in that window. also remember that if you switch posts or import (even the same post name) it will go back to default values.
