how can i tell number of cutting inches

I am using Mach three and sheetcam and trying to figure out the number of cutting inches in various projects so i can get pricing figured out.I am drawing with coreldraw x5 .I am using an old practical table updated with candcnc DTHC.thanks Jim

G'day Jim.

Sheetcam makes this easy. Under the file menu there is "job report".

This gives cut time, pierces, cut inches, etc. All the info needed for the quote and more.

The cutting program will tell you the time it takes to cut the file, and you've set your inches per minute (IPM). 100 IPM for 5 minutes would be 500 inches. Unfortunately there is no way to get the pierces that I know of, unless you count the number of times the code G00 appears in your file. Bob.
