Mach 3 PC to Laptop

Hello all. I was wondering if this (photo included) USB to Parallel Adapter for Mach3 UC100 would work to control my plasma table?

My question : Would this cable make it possible to convert from a burnt out PC to a Laptop without issue?

I’m running a 4x8 plasma table with Mach 3/sheetcam / Inkscape.

Any details would be much appreciated.

thc and possibly probing won't work.

buy a genuine uc100
