Mach3 and DTHCII No torch volts or amps

I am having problems with my DTHCII. I show no torch volts or torch amps. I have a Thermal dynamics cutmaster 52 with the CNC interface board, with a blade runner system on a precision plasma gantry. The PWM IIa module is new, the only LED I get on the PWM is the arc ok either when it is fired from Mach or the test button on the back. I never get the 5v LED. I get voltage on the stereo plug when the torch is fired from Mach. On the DTHC II expansion module when the test button is pressed the torch voltage on the screen in Mach changes as it should. The machine works as it should other than the torch height. Anybody have an idea of where to look,
