Something that I should of done (which I didn't) was retuned the motors x, y and z.

Do a test cut on a long straight line with the thc off at the proper cut height physically measured and see what the volts are running. Then use that for your volts. Then it should maintain the proper height.
I'm not sure about the clicks. If you switch the active setting, your home switch probably won't work anymore.

Thanks for the quick response. I will try all those things you said.

In my previous post about retuning the axis's, I noticed the torch was a bit high off the plate. After tuning them it should work. Just thinking out loud it should set the pierce and cut height correctly.

Sorry for the late reply but thought I'd just let you know that my table has been running sweet since my last post. Sorted the problem with excessive dross with just adjusting (slightly) the voltage when cutting 3mm plate.

The THC issue I had I sorted that problem by making sure the THC light is on in Mach 3. I did have to worry about this with the previous BOB board. Now everything is working like it should.
