Can you expand on "bridge weld"? I have the TMCAD and can try to help you. Bob.

Quick way is to make a box and move it over the Zero and O's and then use your weld function to split it in half.

Actually, the easiest way is NOT to weld rectangles.. the best way is to select the letter you want to link (make sure that the inside and outside is a "path") and go to Layout in the menu bar, down to common line cutting and use the inclusion function. Select the start and end points, and it will simply create a bridge without having to use multiple steps with welding. You can even specify the width of the bridge by going to your Cadlink.ini file in the c:\Torchmate folder, and changing the parameters under "Hotwire Setup" You will see a number following both Inclusion and Chaining

hope this helps!

Hi Bob This is what I do I grab a letter change it to a grafic , then I selecta rectangle and place it where I want to
make the cut and adjust the size as needed. Then I select the entire drawing and make a path. then I go to my
weld choices and select basic weld. After all that then I select a show fill and that is when I see if my box is just a tiny bit small it shows my red cut lines. and if my box is a bit too large it shows a white void. and then AND THEN
I throw the computer. ha ha Just Kidding.
