Tracing In TM cad

Does anyone know what tracing tool Torchmate use in their CAD software? eg. Inkscape = Potrace. I no longer have the full version and I find the trace feature to be the thing I miss most and was wondering if there was a stand alone version of available from another source. I have Inkscape and CR8 but they don't come close to the Torchmate tool.
