Trouble Shooting help please

Although this is not anything I have run into in the past, today when I went to cut I noticed 2 green lights on my controller box after it failed to fire, I tried looking in the manual that I have, and it shows the backs of boxes only, I know when I turn it on it usually goes through all the green lights, then those go out and only the yellow light stays on,
does anyone know what the lights signify

Sorry guy's and gal's, Turned out it was not a problem, I guess when I done the old any key stop, and looked at the controller was stopped in operation, when I restarted everything today all was well, even managed to cut a couple of pieces, still need to do some adjusting
