Torchmate 2020 update Error Codes

Ive Just installed the 2020 upgrade kit. Everything Seems to boot up fine. But when it goes to cut, just before the z axis (torch) lowers it throws a code invalid axis ID with a bunch of code after that. One time it said cut sense top of plate too high? Cut Height is set correctly and so is "top of Material.
Anyone Installed this version yet?
