poor letter quality

I can't seem to find anything wrong with the letters when I have the dxf in via cad. the eagle turns out perfectly but I just can't get the text at the bottom to cut very well.if anyone has any ideas what I'm doing wrong or how to fix the drawling any help would be greatly appreciated

as far as the letters you will need to have bridges in the O, D, and R to stop dropouts, and the W will be a problem too. If possible I would make the banner with the letters larger to give you more room.

Here's a down and dirty modification. I enlarged the letters a little and reworked the W
