Squaring plasma torch head to table

Post by ALLOHIO »

What is the best way to square the torch head to the table, and if my table grid is burned up in the center should i level the 3/8 steel that i am cutting.
I am using a Tracker plasma table with a Thermal Dynamics plasma cutter. Thanks

I to use a Tracker and a thermal dynamics 101 torch head. To square the torch, I use a 3" machinist square on the nose cone of the torch and a new 1/4' plate for the base and it works good for me! It is a lot easier that way then trying to square off the body of the torch.
