Poor Quality Cuts

tried cutting maltese cross fire dept can not get clean lines. 12 inches x 12 inches seems lose rungs in ladder tried it with different feed rates still same

12x12 isn't very big and I don't know what your file looks like but ladder rungs sound very thin and the smaller you try to cut this piece the thinner the rungs will be. If you would like to post the file your cutting I would be happy to have a look but I suspect the lines are just too close and cutting into each other.

Posting an image of the actual cutting will also help, The old "picture is worth a thousand words" :HaHa :HaHa
