I just wanted to let everyone know that I recently placed an order with Cascade Metal Designs and mistakenly ordered and paid for a file that I had already previously ordered. This was of course totally my error and could've easily cost me $70 for something I already had. I send off an e-mail as soon as I realized my mistake and Jason @ Cascade responded within minutes and had no problem straightening out my error and getting me the files I originally intended to order. It's not everyday you find a business owner that offers this type of service and response, especially with an internet business. Many thanks to Jason and I'll be placing more orders for sure.

No doubt. This is absolutely the finest forum I follow, I wish many of the other forums I follow were this helpful and professional. I'd be lost without all of the info available here. Plasmaspider has definitely helped me maximize my investment in both machine and time. Thanks to all here.

Jason does offer a great product and customer service is second to none.

He does deserve the praise.

If any new members out there are looking for some great art work to add to their image library you must try his designs.
You will not be disappointed.

As a matter of fact I am looking to order a few railing panel designs and he will be the man to go to.

I agree....Jason is awesome to deal with. Here is a pic of a photo of my wife on her competition horse, and the finished metal art that Jason drew from the photo. It was done very quickly, at a very reasonable cost, and the file was ready to cut!
