2nd year renewing membership

Hi guys, just a quick one, this is my 2nd year renewing my membership and last year I never received the free file choice, I put it down to a glitch and didn't worry about it. Unfortunately this year it's happened again and really wanted one of the files I picked.


Any ideas what's going on?

If I remember right, you should get an email. Did you check your junk mail folder just in case it ended up there?

Check your pm folder on the site. I think they put it there, and you should get an email telling you you have a pm with the download link.

Yes - I'm pretty sure I received an email notification also the last time I renewed.

We send an email containing a link to download your selected collection. If you did not receive that email it could have gone to a junk folder or its possible the email associated with your account is an email your no longer using. You can go to your account profile and check what email is associated with your account. Either way just let me know which 2 collections your missing and I will get you fixed up
