New to me table z axis is way too high
Just got this 2009 Bullington 7x14 running candcnc. I'm using sheet cam to creat g codes. I zero out my axis before cutting using mach 3. Sheet cam is adding four different z axis raises, initialy a .375, then a .120, .100, and .150. It does this at every cut. aside from editing every g code, can I change something in sheet cam to alleviate this.

Sounds like you post processor is bad, the post processor needs to be current with any changes to the electronics. Was the table fully functional when you bought it, Both SheetCam and CandCNC put out updated post processors as needed to correct bugs they find. Also is the version of Mach 3 one of the newer ones. It may help if you post the versions of the software you are using.
