Hi,
Wondering if anyone can advise please, is it doable to cut two parallel thin steel sheets simultaneously (at the same time with only one pass), the two sheets are spaced around 10 mm with an air gap ?, anyone tried that before and was successful ?!

That won't work well at all. Cut one at a time.
