Recently cut a couple stainless steel signs for outside, rained a few times and started to rust around all the cut edges. I didn't use different pads and or disc when I cleaned up all the edges so I assume it got some regular steel imbedded causing the issue.
Anyone have this trouble? What did you do to fix this problem?
Thanks in advance

Re: stainless, cross contamination
Yep, you can not use any disc that has been used on mild steel on stainless. They make flap wheels specifically for steel, aluminum and stainless use.
