Hi,
I've had my water table for around 2 months now, haven't done a great real of cutting in it, however the water has gone ridiculous!! It's a thick rusty sludge that's firing rust all over the torch components.
I've looked online and found a few green fluids that are ridiculously expensive.
Looked all over for advice and people are either saying change the water, which I don't want to be doing once a month or buy greencut.
Why is no one suggesting soluble oil, am I missing something here??

The 25,000 degree F plasma arc does not like oil either....it tends to light it on fire!

JD2 carries Pico Quench Guard G for $150/5 gallons. I think I ran it at 10% dilution. I use it in my JD2 MAD 4X4 and like it....supposed to be non toxic. I really like Greencut as well but, it left some crusty schmoo on my table when it evaporated. Personally, with my kids in the area, the cost is well worth it for peace of mind. The Pico is about the same price as the toxic Quench Guard 44.
