hypertherm 85a on piranha plasma cutter

i keep getting a 0-30-0 error code on my plasma cutter. I have replaced and cleaned the swirl ring, and all consumables. checked my airlines for any moisture and found none. raised the initial and cutting height to see if that changes anything and it does not. I can sometimes cut four parts and others cut one hole. if anyone knows anything else please reply.
