I’ve been burning for a while. I have the 3D routing feature I purchased when I bought my plasma cam. However I can’t figure that one out to import pictures and make a program run a legible product. Looking for any help

Welcome aboard! I assume that you are running either an upgraded DHC or DHC2 using Design Edge with the 3D upgrade. Robert Johnson has some excellent tutorials at his Learn Plasmacam Youtube channel, although I don't think he has any specific to using the router.

The easiest method for cutting a 3D image would be to use Vectric VCarve Pro or Aspire create the artwork and cut files, then export as g-code and import that g-code into Design Edge to actually cut your part. Show us a sample file of a picture you want to 3D rout and I will take a look at it.
