hello I'm Louie located in riverside California

i decided to join the community because at work they just purchased a laser and I'm in-charged of operating it.
I'm clueless at operating it since i never used a CNC machine before or CAD :HaHa

I'm here to learn a hope share some of the cool projects i get to work on

Welcome aboard, both CAD and CNC are like a GPS they work by moving to a location. with CAD you develop a drawing and then using a CAM program you generate a G-code. This is loaded into the machine and it tells the machine where to go. Like getting in the car and telling it to go to 342 main street, It know where it is at then move to the new location. Everybody started where you are today, no magic just learning
