Error code 0-30 is an error where the PowerLED remains ON and the Fault LED remains turns ON. Your system will not operate during this code and the issue must be solved before you can continue.
The electrode is spring loaded and must move freely inside the swirl ring in order to get the pilot arc started. Your consumables need to be in good condition in order for this to take place and worn or damaged comsumables is often the reason for this error.
