Do you leave the dryer running all the time or only when cutting? Do you relieve the pressure to the dryer each time you turn it off?

I turn mine off when I'm not cutting and air is not running through it, but I don't bother to relieve the pressure.

I turn mine off and relieve the pressure. Only reason I relieve the pressure is so the auto drain will dump whatever water is trapped in there each day.

Mine is a different brand (Speedaire purchased back in 2003). I turn it on when I turn the compressor on for the day, and power it down when I shut down the compressor. It usually purges the condensate the next time I power it up and turn on the air. It has a small drain tube out the bottom of the dryer.
