Mini big foot and a question!

Post by Pyro1983 »

So I have a customer that wanted this made. Her wish is to mount it to a tree with the Bigfoot back to the tree like he's leaning on it. She wants a stake added to the forward Foot which is easy enough, but I'm still concerned about stability. Need some creative ways to support the top. I imagine with all the great minds here that someone can give me good ideas.

How about welding a couple tabs on the back and screw it to the tree.

I agree on the tab idea, I also might suggest that the arm didn’t really need to be a separate piece since it’s just a silhouette but now that it is, you might consider adding a spacer like a 1” block or something behind it to give it a little depth. Just a suggestion.

Yes - I agree with Allen. Just add some mounting tabs to attach it to the tree.

I'd make the tabs a squirrel, sasquatch could use a furry friend..
