Ice shack stove

Post by spriat »

I have been building these with students for a few years. Fire box is 8”x 9” x15”. We shear the plates for the fire box. Front, including draft holes and door, door seal, draft slide, handle, latch and base cut with Torchmate 4x4. Chimney is 2-1/2” pipe

Awesome! Students must love building those. Looks super functional and plenty to be learned building something like that. Well done. I am assuming your Canadian?

Very nicely done! What a great learning experience for your students. How thick is the material, and which pieces do you shear?
Thanks,
David
