CNC Project not just artsy and signs...

Post by TJS »

Customer came to me if I could fix this mess. I would have not done it if I did not have a table. I still have considerable time into this thing but I know this saved me at least a few hours to make this set up. I put slices in it so I can bend it without the a break as I don't have one. Next time I will not put as many slices in it as it took some time to weld up and shape. What is nice I have this file for next time.

Looks great! I've done several of those and I HATE IT! If they weren't for friends and neighbors, I'd just say no.

Yes. Around here, nobody wants to take on stuff like this. My table has upped the game for this and creates a big advantage. This is also a returning customer.

Looks good, my table mainly does parts for in house repair jobs as well. Rarely use my handheld anymore.

These custom fabrication and repair jobs is where the money is at, not art work. If I had a bigger shop I could take on some pretty nice jobs but I don't have room to park large equipment.
