The clients sell metal yard art at their home on the weekends so these gates fit in perfectly with the overall theme of their property.
I plasma cut the maple tree silhouette from 3/16" sheet steel; the gate frame is a mix of 2x2x1/8" & 2x2x3/16" square tubing. The hinges I custom made using sealed bearings pressed in DOM tube and threaded rod welded on the hinge tubes allow for fine adjustment.
40% gloss bronze powder coat finish over zinc rich primer over silica sandblasted & manganese/zirconium oxide pretreated substrate for long term beauty, adhesion & durability.
